Yes. We connect Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and Google Hotels in one calendar. When a guest books on one channel, the dates are blocked automatically on all the others - rates and availability sync in real time.

The only thing that comes on top is a 3% fee on the booking value when someone books directly through your own booking page.

Direct bookings through your own booking page cost 3% of the booking value. By comparison, Airbnb and Booking.com typically take 15-18%. If you get NOK 100,000 in direct bookings per year, you pay NOK 3,000 instead of NOK 15,000-18,000. Bookings that come through Airbnb or Booking.com cost you nothing extra with Gjestfri.

Yes. Gjestfri shows your net income after commission, cleaning, and Norwegian tax, so you see what you actually keep - not just the gross number.

Yes. Your guests, bookings, and rates are yours. We never sell your data, you can export everything, and you can delete your account whenever you want. We're a Norwegian company (Appit AS) and comply with the GDPR.

An AI assistant that knows your rental business. You talk to it naturally - "How much did I earn last month?", "Send Anna a welcome message", "Block the cabin for Christmas week" - and it answers or gets it done. By default it checks with you before changing anything.

Yes. You can manage your rentals from the app, or through Telegram and iMessage (RCS/SMS). When a guest sends a message, we push it to you with ready-made reply suggestions you can pick or edit - in the guest's own language.

Yes. The latest messages you've written yourself are used as a style reference, so the suggestions match your tone - length, greetings, and sign-off. The reference updates automatically over time.

You choose: connect your own ChatGPT account or API key, or use Gjestfri's built-in pay-as-you-go. You only pay for what you actually use, and you can see your usage as you go.
